Bryan Connor is professional, knowledgeable arborist, efficient, very personable, and has a very nice and thorough crew who didn't leave any debris behind. Very neat! Reasonable price (we only had one quote lower out of 4 companies, but we didn't like that company). Bryan quickly got back to me to arrange to come give me a quote and was able to get to my job pretty quickly - thinned and removed dead branches of a big oak, a river birch, and a crape myrtle as well as ground out a stump. I put a recommendation on the Longpoint neighborhood Facebook page, a neighbor then hired Conner Tree Service, and she posted that she seconds the recommendation. I will use Connor Tree Service again!
Bryan Connor, the owner, and his crew were amazing! The entire experience was great, from Bryan's quick response and timely arrival when I requested an estimate, to his proactive communication regarding a rain delay, to the crew's cheerful, on-time arrival each day, to the overall attention to detail regarding their work (cutting down and trimming trees, grinding stumps, and cleaning up afterwards). Rarely do I find a business that exceeds expectations, but Connor Tree Service does just that! I was completely wowed! I have already recommended Connor Tree Service to many friends and plan to use them again when tree work is needed.
The first tree servicing company I’ve used to answer the phone the first time I called, schedule and keep an estimate appointment, offer a very fair price, then come and not only do a good job with the trees but also a good job cleaning up afterwards!
